Campaign Committee
Makes recommendations on which local or national Republican campaigns to support and establishes good communication practices between the national and state organization and the general public. This committee is aggressively active in supporting various local candidates within the Commonwealth. Recruiting Committee
Works to increase membership and develops recruiting opportunities by holding social events to increase awareness of the organization. This committee holds monthly meetings on the last Thursday of each month at a local establishment to socialize and network. The events are open to everyone and all are encouraged to attend. Details on location and time may be found in the Calendar function of this website. To become involved, please contact recruiting@gbyr.org
The GBYRs hold monthly committee meetings and a member of each committee is represented in the Executive Committee.
City of Boston Republican Ward Committees
City of Boston Republican Ward Committees represent the grassroots of Boston's Republican Party. They exist to keep the neighborhoods involved in local politics as well as endorse party candidates. As residents, taxpayers and committed Republicans, Young Republicans over the past year have stood up to take charge of various Wards within the City in order to both reinvigorate them and to see them play an active role in the City. We encourage all Young Republicans within the City of Boston and those that live in the Metro Boston Region to become involved with the political process and start making a difference today. The following City of Boston Republican Ward Committees under the current leadership of Greater Boston Young Republicans are:
Boston Ward 2 Republican Committee
Ward 2 consists of Charlestown

Boston Ward 6 Republican Committee
Ward 6 consists of South Boston

Boston Ward 7 Republican Committee
Ward 7 consists of South Boston and Upper Dorchester
