Phone Bank

The MA Federation of Young Republicans (MFYRs) will be bringing all the Young Republicans of the Commonwealth together to hold an Actual and Virtual Phone bank for Chris Christie, New Jersey Gubernatorial Candidate this Saturday, October 31 from 1pm - 5pm at the MA GOP HQ (85 Merrimac Street, Boston). The calls will be targeted to a swing senate district in Bergin County that is a bellweather for the State of New Jersey. If you are interested in joining this unique initiative please send your RSVP to Rich Wheeler, MFYR Chairman (ricwheel@aol.com) RSVPing is important as it will enable the MFYRs to plan accordingly for the event.
The MFYRs will also be organizing a virtual phone bank for anyone who cannot make it into Boston, but would like to make calls from home this weekend or this week. If anyone wants to make calls from home, please let Rich Wheeler (ricwheel@aol.com) know and we will get you call lists, scripts etc. Rich would like to set a goal of 2,000 calls from Massachusetts Young Republicans into New Jersey in advance of the election.
The MA Federation of Young Republicans would like to get a good turn out from MA YRs for this effort because it will be important to help elect Chris Christie as NJ Governor as the kickoff to the 2010 national races.
