Welcome

Who We Are

The Greater Boston Young Republicans (GBYRs) is a group of young, Boston-area professionals aged 18 to 40, who are interested in political activism and networking with like-minded individuals. The Greater Boston Young Republicans hold monthly meetings and socials, volunteer for local community service projects and participate in local and national Republican campaigns.

GBYRs are involved as campaign managers, treasurers and the like for local Republican candidates, are officials within the Massachusetts Republican party and are candidates themselves. Many GBYRs go on to become elected officials and leaders within the Republican party. Networking within the GBYRs provides members the opportunity to meet Republican officials and candidates and get experience working on political campaigns.

The GBYRs are a part of the statewide YR organization, the Massachusetts Federation of Young Republicans (MFYR), and the Young Republican National Federation (YRNF). The YRNF is the nation's oldest and largest youth political society.

Mission:

Our purpose is to elect Republicans throughout the United States, Massachusetts and on the city and town level as well as to develop a regional movement of intelligent, aggressive, professional and effective Young Republicans through education and training.

Vision:

Provide the means by which Young Republican professionals may contribute to the betterment of themselves and the GOP through social networking opportunities, recruiting and training like minded individuals, staffing campaigns, and establishing a positive environment for political dialogue.
